Art in Public Places Program sponsored by the Cultural Council of Indian River County is on exhibit at the Indian River County Courthouse, 2000 16th Avenue, Vero Beach and extended through August 7. Deutilization Conceptualism: The Evolution of Meaning Beyond Function is a solo art exhibit by Viktor Genel.
North Indian River County Library offers Silent Book Club on July 1, 6:00 p.m. Silence is Golden, Reading is Bliss! Silent Book Club is a global community of readers that meet once a month to read silently, together. No monthly picks, no forced interaction. Just like minded readers getting lost in the world of books, alone, together. Beverages and snacks provided, but feel free to BYO! No registration required to attend.
Art in Public Places Program sponsored by the Cultural Council of Indian River County in collaboration with Pelican Island Audubon Society on exhibit at Indian River County Intergenerational Recreation Center. A showcase for local elementary school students capturing their experiences through photography. On view May 1 to July 17.
Riverside Theatre offers Annie Kids. on June 28, 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The classic cartoon character comes to life in a 30-minute version of the Broadway musical. Performed by students aged 6-11.
Environmental Learning Center offers Lagoon Adventures Summer Camp weekly from June – August.
Canoe excursions, boat trips, STEAM activities, scavenger hunts, island exploration, seine netting, field trips, and more! Explore ecosystems, habitats, and discover new things about over 1,000 ocean and Indian River Lagoon species. Scholarships available.

Riverside Theatre offers Comedy Zone on June 28, 6 p.m. Riverside’s showcase of professional comedians touring the comedy circuit takes the Waxlax Stage. Comedians: Jake Klark and Mike Murillo.
Vero Beach Museum of Art offers Timeless: Robert Farber’s Fashion Photography. Exhibition runs through 8/31. Robert Farber’s professional practice spans commercial and fine art photography, with subject matter ranging from fashion and portraits to still life and landscapes. The works featured in Timeless are drawn from two major bodies of work: his Vintage Fashion series, captured during commercial shoots, and the Deterioration series, which consists of prints from his earlier fashion photography.
