Riverside Theatre offers Live in the Loop Local musicians play the Loop Outdoor Stage on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m. -Saturday, 1/17/26 Sleepin Dogz (multi-genre acoustic duo) -Thursday, 1/22/26: PurrBox (multi-genre acoustic duo) -Friday, 1/23/26: Vince Love Duo (blues-jazz-rock-motow) -Saturday, 1/24/26: GenX duo (70s 80s 90s Acoustic Rock)

Environmental Learning Center offers Little Wonders on Jan. 17 at 10:00 a.m. An engaging outdoor nature enrichment and early literacy program for children 18 months to 4 years old. Participate in Interactive Story Time, Outdoor Mud Kitchen, Pond Exploration, and Nature Crafts.

AAUW presents Speaker Luncheon at 11:30am on Sat., Jan. 17, featuring Kenneth Grudens and Melissa DePriest discussing the Indian River Land Trust, which was formed in 1990 to protect that land that protects the Indian River Lagoon. Luncheon is at Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Registration required.

Ballet Vero Beach presents All Rodrigues: The Trios Jan. 17 at 2:00 and 7:30 p.m. Sometimes neoclassical, often contemporary, and always irreverent, Ballet Master and Principal dancer Camilo A. Rodriguez brings us a program of three contrasting trios that will leave audiences astounded by the breadth and depth of his work. Held at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center.

Vero Beach Art Club presents Art in the Park on Jan 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A fine Arts and Crafts Exhibit offered on various Sundays Nov.- March. Walk along Ocean Dr at Humiston Park.

The Cave Gallery of Art presents Reception & Artist Talk Jan. 18 at 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Mary Lou Mullan’s Through My Eyes Exhibit is showing until Feb. 8.

 Ballet Vero Beach presents: The Four Seasons, Sun, Jan 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center. As a part of our Accessible/Family Friendly Series, this extra special, hour-long performances are specifically geared to needs of the differently abled individuals of our community and families with young children.

Atlantic Classical Orchestra presents Music and Nation Sunday, January 18 at 3 p.m. In the 18th century, music performed by string quartets was just taking shape. Through his dozens of quartets, Haydn established, honed, and elevated the form, shaping our modern understanding of it. ACO musicians will perform one of his most beloved works, followed by Dvořák’s vibrant and lyrical G Major Quintet. Held at the Vero Beach Museum of Art.

Art in Public Places Program sponsored by the Cultural Council of Indian River County on exhibit Indian River County Administration Buildings A and B. “Reaping The Benefits” is the theme. Featured Artists include Judy Burgarella, Tony Caruso, Mary Carter, John McAleer and Sheila McAvoy. On view until January 19, 2026.

Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation offers Historic House Tours Tuesday 1-5 p.m. Jan 20 (Each Tues. to the end of April 2026).  See how the noted poet and author lived in her “cracker” architecture-styled house during a docent led tour at the Indian River State College Mueller Campus in Vero Beach.

The Emerson Center offers Marine Mammals at Risk: The Fight to Save IRL Dolphins and Manatees Emerson E-Series Lecture with Dr. Jeff Eble of Hubbs-SeaWorld Research on Jan. 20 at 7:00 p.m. This compelling presentation will take audiences behind the scenes of efforts to protect and restore Indian River Lagoon marine mammals after more than a decade of harmful algal blooms and widespread seagrass loss.

Indian River Symphonic Association presents PFK – Prague Philharmonia Jan. 20 at 7:30 p.m.  With Emmanuel Villaume-Conductor, Blake Pouliot-Violin Soloist, Andrew von Oeyen-Piano Soloist. Held at Community Church of Vero Beach.

Vero Beach Museum of Art education staff and docents offers an Art Talk “Abstract to Reality” on Jan. 21 at 12:00 p.m.  An in-depth focus on select artworks from special exhibitions and the permanent collection. Registration required.

Vero Heritage Center presents its monthly BLUE GRASS CONCERT Jan 21 at 6:30 p.m. A different Blue Grass band every month until May for your delight. January’s concert features Southern Blue Grass Express Band to regale you with gospel and country songs, both traditional and contemporary. Free admission, seats can be reserved for $20.

Atlantic Classical Orchestra offers Borrowed and Blue Jan. 22 at 7:00 p.m. We kick off our 36th season with music shaped by African and African American traditions. Saint-Saëns’s Piano Concerto No. 5, Gershwin and Weill, Porgy and Bess and The Threepenny Opera. Held at The Community Church of Vero Beach.

Environmental Learning Center offers Lagoonapalooza Jan. 24 at 10:00 a.m. This FREE event features dozens of environmental partners with tons of hands-on activities, food, pontoon or kayak trips, visits to the aquarium and touch tank, dip netting in the pond, plus some of the area’s best musical groups performing throughout the day.

Gifford Youth Achievement Center offers Runway Rendezvous: Where Futures Take Flight Jan. 24 at 5:00 p.m. Take a journey back in time to the iconic Golden Age of aviation – to the days of luxurious travel aboard the likes of Pan American Airlines and Air France. Held at the Oak Harbor Club. Come fly with GYAC! Let’s fly away!

The Community Church of Vero Beach presents their Congregational Art Show through Jan. 25. You’ll see poems, paintings, pottery, and more displayed in their Narthex Gallery. View the gallery on Sundays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., or Call ahead to view the gallery Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Riverside Theatre offers A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder through Feb. 1.  Show times vary. Winner of the Tony® Award for Best Musical, the play is a murderous romp filled with unforgettable music, non-stop laughs and scene-stealing characters who meet their ends in the most creative and side-splitting ways. 

Art in Public Places Program sponsored by the Cultural Council of Indian River County is on exhibit at Indian River County Intergenerational Recreation Center, 1590 9th Street SW through Feb. 2, 2026. Energized is the theme. Featured Artists include Tony Caruso, Eileen Lovre, Joan Mercer, and Mark Wygonik.

The Emerson Center presents Lagoon by Brush and Lens Exhibition Celebrating the 2026 Indian River Lagoon. Gallery Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Weekdays, closed Wednesdays.  Exhibit Dates to Feb 4.

Artists Guild Gallery presents Artist Exhibition for Susan Bayard Whiting and Robert Whiting, guest artists for Jan. and Feb.  Their fabulous artwork will be displayed at the gallery through Feb. 28.
