* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 8 above expected. For the Freeze Warning, hard freezing temperatures as low as 22 expected.

* WHERE…Brevard, Volusia, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Osceola, Okeechobee, Indian River, St Lucie, and Martin Counties.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 3 PM Saturday to 7 AM EST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning and Freeze Warning, from 7 PM Saturday to 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hard freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing
