Ballet Vero Beach presents Composer’s Notebook: David Homan Mar. 21 at 2:00pm and 7:30 p.m. Homan has had a long history with BVB, and this exceptional program will feature Ariel Grossman’s sweeping Ori (a BVB signature), the main stage return of the company’s iconic reimagined Firebird, and a world premiere by Artistic Director Adam Schnell: Ribbons. This Broadway classic has been praised for its poignant storyline, memorable characters, and unforgettable score.
Riverside Theatre presents Jesus Christ Superstar through Mar. 22, times vary. Based on the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, the play follows the last week of Jesus’ life and explores the personal relationships and struggles among Jesus, his disciples, his followers, and the Roman Empire. Told through song, the iconic 1970’s rock score was the first musical by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber to be produced for the professional stage.

MusicWorks Concerts presents Beatles vs Stones Thu, Mar 26 at 7:00 p.m. The British Invasion brought us the two most popular rock groups of all time, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, as well as the liveliest debate in rock history – which band is the greatest? These two bands will engage in an on-stage, mash-up duel featuring renowned tribute bands, Abbey Road and Satisfaction – The International Rolling Stones Show. Held at the Emerson Center.
Gallery 14 presents Kaleidoscope: Dramatic Paintings by Ellen Kaiden. Ellen creates watercolors that have an architectural but vitreous quality. The exhibit will run through Friday March 27, 2026.
Vero Heritage Center presents Meet Sue Holbrook Mar. 27 at 5:00 p.m. She will sign and sell her newest book, Piecing Together Peace: Finding Faith’s Calm in a Frantic World. This is Sue’s fourth book, a patchwork quilt of experiences and anecdotes derived from her own life, as well as from family’s and friends’ growing up in Indian River County.

Vero Beach Museum of Art celebrates our Nation’s 250th year with American Made: Paintings and Sculpture from the DeMell Jacobsen Collection to June 7. This is an exhibition of more than 80 works by renowned American artists, including Benjamin West, Sarah Miriam Peale, Edward Moran, John Singer Sargent, Mary Cassatt, Robert Henri, and Charles Alston. The exhibit spans 250 years, with an emphasis on the 19th and 20th centuries.
