news release
Impact 100 Indian River will host its annual Grant Awards Celebration on April 13 at Bent Pine Golf Club, where the organization will announce both the recipients of its 2026 transformational grants and the total number of $100,000 grants to be awarded this season.
This year’s celebration introduces a new event format focused on the culmination of a fully member-driven process—shifting from live voting to a reveal of final results and community impact.
The 2026 grant cycle progressed through months of rigorous evaluation, including application review, financial analysis, and site visits conducted by member-led committees. The process reached a key milestone at the Meet the Finalists event in March, where seven nonprofit organizations were presented to the membership for final consideration.
Following that event, the process transitioned from evaluation to decision-making, with members casting their votes digitally. Voting remains open through April 12, ensuring broad participation and accessibility across the membership.
“At its core, this model is about collective decision-making and meaningful impact,” said Peg Regan, President of Impact 100 Indian River. “Our members have engaged deeply at every stage, and this celebration represents the moment where that engagement is translated into real, measurable change in our community.”
At the Grant Awards Celebration, Impact 100 Indian River will award grants of $100,000 to nonprofit organizations whose projects demonstrate the greatest potential for transformational impact across key focus areas including education, arts and culture, children and families, environment, and health and wellness.
The event will also recognize additional organizations through merit awards and provide an opportunity for attendees to celebrate alongside nonprofit leaders, members, and volunteers following the program.
Impact 100 Indian River is part of a global network of women who come together to pool their resources and invest in high-impact projects that address critical needs within their communities.
Media are invited to attend the Grant Awards Celebration and experience firsthand the announcement of this year’s grant recipients and the collective impact of this unique philanthropic model.
