It seems that these FPL spokesmen believe that listeners to their promotional chats lack any sort of memory. When their self-created facts change with consistent regularity the only folks who will find their constant adaptations even remotely credible will be their respective reflections in the mirror.
With all due respect to Mrs. Mayfield, it took her two legislative sessions to name a bridge where there was no opposition or any issue of complexity. She may be in over her head on this attempt at legislation, especially since her two previous attempts never made it out of committee. – Ed Taylor

Debbie Mayfield has proven to be way over her head during her entire tenure as a member of the Florida legislature. She has ZERO track record in any bill other than the one referenced in the article ever becoming law.
What I see are two pawns who take their marching orders from others. Does anyone ever believe what any lobbyist says? And yes, Mayfield is in over her head . Mayfield’s claim to fame is backing two of the biggest losers in recent elections. She supported “short term rental” Tracy Carroll and also supported the big loser in the Superintendent Of Elections contest not too long ago. Anything they say must be questioned and suspect.
Would that is was all as simple as stupidity.
