FPL’s magicians not acting in good faith

FPL may well pull a rabbit out of the hat - a surcharge on the 34,000 customers of Vero Electric.
Is hoping against all hope acting in good faith?

“We still firmly believe a full sale can be completed if all parties are willing and working together in good faith, and we will continue to look for solutions to the problems FMPA has raise.” – FPL Vice President Amy Brunjes

  1. Solutions? To problems FMPA raised? The problem was there from the first. Apparently those wishing to get the deal completed quickly depended way too much on faith to resolve that problem – and not enough on actual follow-thru by those who could have done so. And now they blame FMPA for “raising” this problem. How sad – how very sad.
