New Exhibits

weekend - EmersonCenter_neon painting (300x199)NEON AT FOYER GALLERY – A new exhibit is now on view at the Emerson Center Foyer Gallery through April.  Featured is  “Neon:  Neon on Canvas” by Heather Kelley.  Her Modern Realism approach to art creates a realism that the camera cannot see using all media and especially her newest media neon light on canvas.  Save the date to  “Meet the Artist” on Thursday, March 10th from 5 to 7 pm.  The Foyer Gallery of Art,  is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm.

New Performances

weekend The King and ITHE KING AND I AT VBTG The Vero Beach Theatre Guild, 2020 San Juan Avenue,  presents the musical, The King and I running from March 3rd to 20th.  A story filled with intrigue, forbidden romance and  comical cultural conflict, The King and I has one of Broadway’s all-time best musical scores, including “Whistle a Happy Tune”, “Hello Young Lovers”, “I have Dreamed”, “Getting to Know You” and the unforgettable “Shall We Dance”. The King and I offers five matinees and eight evening performances.  Tickets are $30 and $28, students under 18 half price, and purchased by calling 562-8300 or at verobeachtheatreguild.com
