
“In the letter of intent is says, ‘in the context of a total sale.’ This is a partial sale, and I don’t know what they mean by ‘the context of a total sale.’ Because what are you actually doing to implement the total sale? If you really think a total sale is going to happen, then why are we doing a partial.
