Tires and batteries – they don’t have FPL written on them, I guess, so are good items for criminals to steal. Not in fenced and otherwise secure areas apparently. Yes, customers will be paying for whatever is taken (though the company surely has insurance), just as customers pay for new power facilities – solar panel fields – whatever. Really sorry to hear this. Perhaps FPL can beef up its security and catch the crooks.
