NEW EXHIBIT OPENS AT THE FOYER GALLERY IN THE EMERSON CENTER
A new exhibit is on view at the Foyer Gallery of Art in the Emerson Center featuring a variety of subjects and media created by members of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach. The exhibit will be on view through August 31. To see the works, stop by Monday-Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

The 4th Annual Vero Beach International Music Festival continues through July 14 at the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach, 250 Royal Palm Blvd. All performances are open to the public and FREE, with a suggested donation of $20, which goes directly to the MBSC Scholarship Fund. Main Street Vero Beach hosts Coffee with the Mayor on Friday, July 14, at The Heritage Center and Citrus Museum in Historic Downtown Vero Beach from 8 am to 9 am. This is a FREE event for neighbors, non-profits and businesses alike and no reservation is required. The 3rd Annual Veterans Salute Barbecue will be held on Saturday, July 15 from 1 to 3 pm at Christ Church Vero Beach, 667 20th Street in Vero Beach. The 2017 Veterans Salute Barbecue welcomes veterans, their families and friends. The lunch, provided by Christ Church Vero Beach volunteers, will feature pork barbecue, coleslaw and beans followed by cherry cobbler for dessert. Tea, water, coffee and lemonade will also be available. The day’s ceremonies will include an honor guard and the dedication of Christ Church Vero Beach’s newly installed flagpole. An American Flag that was first flown over the US Capital on Easter Day 2017 will be raised during the dedication ceremony.
