The Women’s Refuge of Vero Beach is pleased to announce the appointment of Bobbi Smick to its Board of Directors. The agency provides help, hope, and lifelong healing to hurting women and families. Bobbi is extremely honored to have been nominated and confirmed to serve for this important position.
“We’re delighted to welcome Bobbi to our Board. We’re confident her experience, leadership, and passion will be an asset and reinforce the excellent work already being done by the Board to help Women’s Refuge attain its mission,” said Board President Becky Calahan.
Bobbi and her husband, Tim, moved to Vero Beach in the summer of 2000 from Northern Virginia. They have two adult daughters and six grandchildren. Bobbi’s background is in Social Work.
