Indian River County’s (IRC) Public Works Department announced that 43rd Avenue between 26th Street/Aviation Blvd and State Road 60 (SR 60) will reopen on the evening of Monday, October 11, 2021.
On that same day, the contractor will close 43rd Avenue between 16th Street and 19th Street (the section south of SR 60) to begin working on the second phase of the project. The road is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 22, 2021. Access to businesses, customers and property owners north of 19th Street will be maintained.
