The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted its 103rd Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony on November 6, 2025 at Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club, honoring outstanding individuals and organizations for their exceptional contributions to business, community, and leadership in Indian River County.
The evening celebrated collaboration, innovation, and service — values that continue to define the Chamber of Commerce and its members.
Among this year’s distinguished honorees were:
- Carolyn K. Eggert Economic Development Award: Piper Aircraft
Recognized for its ongoing commitment to local job creation, workforce development, and economic impact in Indian River County. - Director of the Year: Richard Giessert, Marine Bank
Honored for his outstanding leadership as an engaged Board Member, active on the Membership Committee, and a trusted advisor who generously shares his time and expertise. - Jack Chesnutt Ambassador of the Year: Carolyn MacEvoy, MacEvoy Real Estate
Celebrated for her enthusiastic support of Chamber events and her dedication to welcoming and connecting members throughout the year. - Young Professional of the Year: Elliese Shaughnessy
Recognized for her energy, innovation, and leadership among the next generation of business professionals. - Member of the Year: Keith Kite, Kite Properties
Honored for his steadfast commitment to the Chamber’s mission and his ongoing efforts to strengthen the local business community. - Alma Lee Loy Community Service Award: Meredith Egan, United Way
Recognized for her outstanding service to the community and her leadership in promoting compassion, collaboration, and civic engagement.
