Environmental Learning Center offers Guided Kayak Excursions on Nov. 15 and 22 at 9:00 a.m. Join our trained nature guide and paddle the serene waters of the Indian River Lagoon exploring this unique ecosystem with abundant wildlife and hidden mangrove tunnels! We provide all the gear you need.
Environmental Learning Center offers Little Wonders on Nov. 15 at 10:00 a.m. A nature enrichment and early literacy program for children 18 months to 4 years old accompanied by a caregiver.
Riverside Theatre offers Playtime in the Park on Nov. 15, 11:00 a.m. A FREE program for the community’s youngest audience members, it includes dance and theatre offerings from our education programs on the Theatre’s Loop Stage. Ideal for kids 2-5, entertaining for parents and the whole family, too!
American Association of University Women (AAUW) Vero Beach offers Changing Seasons, Changing Spaces Nov.15 at 11:30 a.m. They will discuss the right time to consider a move, as well as different types of retirement communities and care facilities. Held at the Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Ballet Vero Beach presents “Reflections” dance performance at the Vero Beach Museum of Art Nov. 15 at 12 p.m. & 3 p.m. in the Leonhardt Auditorium. Featuring original choreography inspired by themes of identity and expression found in the Museum’s fall exhibition Double Portraits.
Artists Guild Gallery offers a Presentation on Ocean Surf Photography techniques by Guest Artist Peter Jordan, Nov. 15 at 2:00 p.m. He will present how he captures incredible wave action with a variety of photography techniques, and his experiences on Vero’s beaches. Reservations recommended.
Vero Beach Art Club presents its 90th Anniversary Kickoff Party “THRU THE AGES” Nov. 16, 5 p.m. at the Heritage Center.
