The Indian River Community Foundation recently presented VNA of the Treasure Coast’s Mobile Health Clinic with a generous $25,000 grant to support the continued operation and expansion of accessible healthcare services throughout the community.
The check presentation took place on Tuesday, July 28, with representatives from the Indian River Community Foundation joining members of VNA of the Treasure Coast’s Mobile Health Clinic team, VNA leadership, and the VNA & Hospice Foundation.
The funding will help VNA continue bringing essential healthcare services directly to individuals and families who may face barriers accessing traditional healthcare settings.

They do incredible work throughout our community and have become such an important resource for connecting donors with organizations like ours. Staffed by VNA’s Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), the Mobile Health Clinic provides affordable and accessible healthcare services throughout the community, including primary care visits, health screenings, and treatment for common health concerns. Services include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings, as well as care for patients of all ages.

For more than 50 years, VNA of the Treasure Coast has been dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families throughout the community.
