Be among the first to see Dignity Ranch’s custom-made chuckwagon

arts & entertainment

The Source is bringing Southern flavor, hospitality, and opportunity together through the Dignity Chuck Wagon, a new addition to Dignity Ranch. The Chuck Wagon supports that vision by creating a welcoming place for people to gather while offering meaningful opportunities for members to gain experience and move forward. The Dignity Chuck Wagon will be part of Hidden Faces 2026: From Homeless to Home, on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. being held at Dignity Ranch in Vero Beach.

Specially designed by a Texas concern, the custom-made towable full-sized wagon/concession stand looks like it came directly out of the Old West, and can be used stationary within the confines of Dignity Ranch or towed to be used at special events throughout the local area. From the easy access of cooking and serving food and drink, to the embellishments of first-class finished lumber, convenient shelving, drink dispensers, and colorful skirting, Dignity Chuck Wagon is a standout no matter where it is. In fact, the Dignity Chuck Wagon, along with the Dignity Food trucks are available to book for special events by contacting Kitchen Manager Kaye Johnson: kaye.johnson@iamthesource,org or call 772-564-0202.

The wagon is more than a place to enjoy a great meal. Every purchase helps create jobs, provides hands-on training, and supports the programs and services of The Source, such as Dining with Dignity, a ten-year old program that earns graduating members a certification towards employment in the food industry.  Speaking of a great meal, the menu features chicken, ribs, brisket and an array of sides from bbq beans to salads and everyone’s favorite mac & cheese.  Soda barrel drinks and custom-made mugs complete the package.

Planning to attend Hiddden Faces on November 7? Your $25 per person, (children attend free) ticket will include a choice from the Chuck Wagon or one of the other food concessions located on the property that day.
