Brought to you by the Cultural Council of Indian River County, the House of Art, Culture & Design, a four day Designer Show House, will be held in Riomar’s newest enclave, Old Oak Lane, November 16 – 19.

Local designers will transform a newly built home into a haven of sumptuous décor reflecting and celebrating the Vero Beach lifestyle. A Boutique House located near the Show House will feature an array of items for sale from local vendors and an elegant Pavilion on the grounds will host several exciting events throughout the weekend. Parking for the event is in the South Beach Overflow Parking lot where a trolley will transport you to and from 845 Old Oak Lane.

The Designer Show House and Boutique House will be open to the public on Friday, November 17, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday, November 18, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Sunday, November 19, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. General Admission: $25/person.

In addition to the Designer Show House and Boutique House special events will be held in the Pavilion between the Houses. Box lunches on Friday and Sunday will be available for purchase and entertainment will fill the Pavilion during the afternoon. Special events include:

Opening Night Gala, Thursday, November 16, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, is the grand opening of the House of Art, Culture & Design followed by a cocktail reception. Valet Parking only. $135/person.

“Bubbles Bar” Wine Tasting, Friday November 17, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. A sparkling twist to a traditional event around a piano bar playing your favorites. $50/person.

Fashion Show and Luncheon, Saturday, November 18, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm features a stroll down the catwalk showcasing designer collections from Frances Brewster, Cooper & Co., and Sara Campbell while enjoying a delicious catered luncheon. $100/person.

Sunday, November 19, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Tea & Leading Ladies Panel with strong women and strong tea. Enjoy tea and pastries while enjoying a panel of leading ladies in the arts sharing their secrets on how they learned to “Profit from their Passion”. $50/person
