FPL: ‘We’re going to do better’ after hurricanes

FPL refused to tell the public, or even cities, specifically where power outages were, commissioners said, and offered changing or inaccurate estimates for restoration. Crews working in neighborhoods didn’t always communicate with homeowners.

  1. Sorry ,but I don’t believe the FPL Public Relations Dept. when they say they are going to do better. The colossus has a lot to improve based on past performances. I am,however, happy when they admit they can do better,which is what we have been saying to some time. I wish them luck.
