Ballet Vero Beach announces ‘Dance from the Dancers’

NEWS RELEASE

Ballet Vero Beach returns to the intimate Leonhardt Auditorium at the Vero Beach Museum of Art for an evening of original works choreographed by our phenomenal dancers. This one time only performance, on February 16 at 7:00pm, is a not to be missed insightful journey into the minds of our extraordinary artists. Seating is general admission. All seats are priced at $35, and space is extremely limited. Tickets can be purchased at balletverobeach.org or by calling 772-905-2651.

Dance from the Dancers features three world premiere works by Camilo A. Rodriguez, Matthew Carter, and Chloé Watson. The program also features two additional works by Watson, her enigmatic solo Temporary Dwelling, and the duet What does it mean?, which received rave reviews at its premiere on Ballet Vero Beach’s “Museum in Motion” performance two seasons ago.

Company dancers Elena Carter, Nora Carr, and Katerina Schweitzer (a Vero Beach native) will join Rodriguez and Carter as performers for this thrilling evening of inspired dancing and choreography.

NOTE: This event is not sponsored or endorsed by The Vero Beach Museum of Art.
