First Presbyterian Church celebrates Jacob Craig


Director of Music and Arts Jacob Craig. Jacob is also the Cultural Council of IRC’s 2019 winner of the Laurel Award for Excellence in Education.

First Presbyterian Church presents a concert on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 4:00pm featuring the Chancel Choir, Youth Orchestra, and Handbells in collaboration with the ACTS Choir (from Indian River Estates), the Silver Tones, and the Vero Beach Pipes and Drums. The performance will take place in the sanctuary at 520 Royal Palm Boulevard in Vero Beach. It’s a party with the music department and friends, and everyone is invited! Admission is free; a love offering will be accepted. Please note that the date for this event has changed from the originally advertised date of June 2.

First Presbyterian Church and friends celebrate Director of Music and Arts, Jacob Craig, as he prepares to travel to England this summer to complete his Doctorate of Sacred Music with post-doc study at Oxford University. All are invited to participate in this one-of-a-kind send-off for a wonderful musician and friend. A love offering will be accepted in order to assist Jacob in defraying the costs of this special experience. Checks should be made out to First Presbyterian Church, indicating “Sabbatical” in the memo line to aid in processing.
