Combine science, arts and culture and feel more connected to your natural environment! These will explore the trails, waterways and facilities of the ELC to give children ages 6 to 12 hands-on opportunities to interact with their local ecosystems. FREE with admission.

Living Yoga with Elise
Every Tuesday from 9-10 a.m. at the ELC!
This all-levels class suitable for beginners will focus on core stability and isometric and body weight resistance-based muscle toning. Each class will provide a whole-body workout to promote body awareness, physical discipline, mental focus and a spirit of youthfulness and joy!

Qigong at the ELC
Join Qigong Instructor, Hester Denniston for this mind, body, and spirit practice. Qigong aligns breath, movement, and awareness for exercise and meditation.
Classes are available on Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. at the ELC.
