UPCOMING

ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID AT VBTG

The Vero Beach Theatre Guild’s hilarious Always a Bridesmaid will run from January 15-26.  Four Southern women have sworn to keep a promise they made the night of their Senior Prom; they will always be bridesmaids at each other’s weddings- no matter what.  Of course, they failed to anticipate so many weddings.  Thirty years later, these friends for life are still making the “long walk” for each other.  Forsaking all others, in sickness or in health, they repeatedly struggle to stage the perfect wedding despite fistfights at the altar and runaway brides.  Playwrights Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten, three of the most popular and produced playwrights in the United States, specialize in laugh out loud comedies.  Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for students and may be purchased by calling the Theatre Guild box office at 562-8300 or online at verobeachtheatreguild.com.
