A moonlight forest therapy walk on ELC’s Wabasso Island Campus located in the heart of the Indian River Lagoon in Vero Beach! This slow-paced and easy walk will help you unwind and tap into all of your senses for a truly immersive nature experience. Vero Heritage Center Reveals New Collection! Ribbon Cutting, November 17, 9am 2140 14th Ave, Vero Beach
Vero Heritage is excited to announce that thanks to a grant from the Indian River County Tourist Development Council, it is expanding and enhancing the authentic citrus label collection on permanent exhibit inside the museum. The collection focuses exclusively on labels used throughout the Indian River District.

Elf JR. is based on the cherished New Line Cinema hit, Elf and features songs by Tony Award-nominees, Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin, with a book by Tony Award-winners, Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. Riverside Theatre presents Festival of Trees November 20 & 21, 10am – 5pm
Encompassing the entire Riverside Theatre campus, the Festival will include the forest of glittering trees at the Children’s Theatre, Hall of Wreaths, Community Song Stage, Santa’s Village in the Live in The Loop area, a Christmas Shoppe, a Winter Gardens area in front of the Children’s Theatre, children’s activities and more to benefit Riverside Theatre Scholarship program. A Family Night party on the Saturday evening of the Festival will showcase holiday performances, hot chocolate, a synthetic ice skating rink, and gifts for the family. Revenge is devised and murders plotted as the two plan the ultimate whodunnit. With twists, turns, and a surprise or two, Sleuth has proven itself to be a favorite of this most popular genre. Winner of the 1971 Tony Award for Best Play.

Unity Artist Series presents its ‘Thanksgiving Inspirational Concert’ featuring vocalist and pianist Dolores Mark at the Unity Spiritual Center. This will be a fundraising event; all proceeds will be donated to the Gifford Youth Orchestra to benefit their fabulous learning curriculum. The Cultural Council of Indian River County, in partnership with the Vero Beach Museum of Art, announces a very special Art In Public Places exhibit Contemporary Folk Art ~ Member Exhibit
On View through November 28. Member artists were invited to submit artwork in the style of folk art to complement the museum’s current exhibit, American Perspective: Stories from the American Folk Art Collection, On View through January 2. Works of canvas, clay, basketry, wood, textile, resin are among the media used in this eclectic and creative collection from our local artists. The exhibit will be on display in the Patten Gallery in the Education wing. There is no admission fee to view the AIPP exhibit in the Patten Community Gallery.

Joshua McMiller’s Dynamic Florals Illuminate Center during November
Joshua McMiller debuts on the Vero Beach art scene with his show of new paintings through November 30 at the Center for Spiritual Care. The exhibition, entitled “Revelations of Nature” captures the intensity of color and energy radiated by the plant life around us.

The Galleries at First Pres -Fall Art Installment
First Pres feature a wide variety of works by local artists, on rotation throughout the year. The Galleries are located throughout the campus of First Presbyterian Church, 520 Royal Palm Boulevard, Vero Beach; they are open for viewing from 12pm to 3pm Monday through Thursday, and on Sunday mornings between church services.
Artists Guild Gallery is a fine-art gallery featuring original art by local artist-owners. Diverse styles and mediums are represented, and the art is changed, and rotated on a monthly basis. Classes are offered in oil, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, and drawing. Located: 1974 14th Avenue, Vero Beach Gallery Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 11am – 3pm
