The Annual Second Time Around Used Book Sale by the Friends of the North Indian River County Library will be held Thursday February 13 through Saturday February 15 inside the Library during regular Library hours. Books for sale at rock-bottom prices will include fiction, non-fiction, and paperbacks, as well as many DVDs and CDs.  Funds collected will be used by the Friends to support library programs and resources not provided by the County budget.

Highwaymen weekend

The A.E. Backus Museum & Gallery will hold a Closing Reception Driving Force: Alfred Hair and the Florida Highwaymen Friday February 14, 6:00-8:00pm.  This exhibition leads up to the Museum’s annual Highwaymen weekend celebration and the City of Ft. Pierce’s Highwaymen Festival.

Eleanor Roosevelt to appear in Vero Beach.  “Across a Barrier of Fear: The Life of Eleanor Roosevelt” at the Vero Beach Theatre Guild Starts at 1:00 pm, with performance at 2:00 pm.
