Concerned about the degraded health of the Indian River Lagoon and Blue Cypress Lake? How do we restore natural habitats and preserve environmental lands? How do local governments afford needed upgrades of sewer infrastructure, stormwater and wastewater treatment?
Learn more about these County-wide water and land use issues at a public forum on April 25 sponsored by The Clean Water Coalition, The Indian River Neighborhood Association and The Pelican Island Audubon Society. Held at The Emerson Center in Vero Beach from 8:30 AM to 4 PM it features speakers expert in their fields from Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, Marine Resource Council, Indian River Land Trust, University of South Florida, St. Petersburg College, City of Vero Beach and Indian River County.
