The Oceanside Business Association and the Sunrise Rotary Club are pleased to again be hosting the Annual Christmas Parade on Ocean Drive on Saturday December 4th 2021. Running Zone Foundation will be holding their 3K race again prior to the parade at 5:15 and the Parade will actually start at 6PM.
This exciting event is a long-standing tradition in Vero Beach and the attendance is always in the 10s of thousands. We are extremely excited about this year’s parade and expect to have the biggest and most successful one ever.
A detailed map for the parade and street closure times will be announced at least a week before the parade. Ocean Drive from south of Flame Vine to Live Oak Road will be closed to inbound traffic starting at 4:45PM on Saturday December 4th. Shuttles will be available from Riverside Park to Cardinal Drive.
To our wonderful neighbors and business in the Central Beach Area, the entire community is very appreciative of your putting up with the street closures and disruptions the parade inflicts on the Central Beach area. Your patience and forbearance is deeply appreciated.
For those wanting to actively participate in the parade, applications are available at www.VeroBeachOBA.com. Mailed applications will be processed starting October 15th through November 26th.
We hope to see many of our wonderful neighbors as participants or spectators for this year’s parade.
