Dadra L. Smith has been selected as the Executive Administrative Assistant for Vero Beach Dog Park.
“We are delighted to have Dadra join us!” said Bob Joy, President of the Vero Beach Dog Park Board of Directors, adding that “She will be actively involved with our volunteers to provide executive level administrative support to our organization.”
Smith will serve as the primary contact for the VBDP office. She will oversee a growing database, events and special projects, and assist with marketing and communications including social media and updates to the dog park website. “Our efforts have significantly increased over the last several years placing more demand on our volunteers. Dadra’s previous work experience and talents made her a clear choice for this new position.” said Joy.
Smith has more than 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant, in customer service, and assisting with special events and fundraising. She and her husband Michael reside in Vero Beach. “I am excited to join the Vero Beach Dog Park organization and look forward to supporting the Board of Directors. I enjoy administrative duties and feel very blessed to be given this opportunity.” Ms. Smith will assume the position immediately.
