ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT
On Friday and Saturday June 21st and 22nd, Riverside Theatre’s loop will turn into a Classic Cruise-In Car show on the Theatre’s front lawn.
Coordinated by Garett Schiefer, Riverside’s Director of Media Art & Promotions, the Classic Cruise-In Car Show is part of Mr. Schiefer’s plan to create fun and entertaining events around the Theatre’s ongoing nightlife schedule.
“The classic cars are the STARS at the ‘Shake, Rattle & Rock n’ Roll Party,’” said Mr. Schiefer. “It’s been really fun developing new nightlife theme weekends with live music and menus that add to our Comedy Zone and Howl at the Moon experiences for our guests to enjoy. Last year’s Car Show showcased some wonderful classic cars. I look forward to the autos that will be displayed this year.”
Mr. Schiefer has created special themes for August through December including: “Cheeseburgers in Paradise;” “80’s/90’s Music Party;” “Howl-O-Ween Party” at Howl at the Moon; and end of the year events such as the “Ugly Sweater Holiday Party” and “Kiss 2019 Goodbye Party.”
These special themes revolve around Riverside Theatre nightlife with The Comedy Zone and Howl at the Moon events, and the FREE weekly Live in the Loop concerts with local musicians performing on the Theatre’s outdoor stage.
For more information on upcoming themed events at Riverside Theatre, call the Box Office at 772-231-6990 or online at www.riversidetheatre.com. There is no registration fee for classic cars.
