Vero Beach City Council will hold a special call meeting Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. to discuss an emergency face mask ordinance. Proposed by Councilman Joe Graves, the ordinance would address many concerns voiced at prior City Council meetings. This is the City’s third attempt to help control the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, which has now infected over 2,000 IRC citizens. If you wish to read the proposed ordinance click here.
